The Ambra Health Customer Success Team is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help contribute to the day-to-day processes required to support our rapidly growing customer base. As a critical member of the Customer Success team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and Professional Services. You will serve as an internal champion of internal sales and customer tools and processes in order to drive overall operational efficiency for customers and internal teams. The Sales Operations Associate will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales Operations. This role is a full-time, exempt-level role based in NYC. The individual can be partially remote but must be available to come into the office a few days a week.
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
