Role

Ambra Health is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and talented individual with software support or consulting experience to join the Ambra Health team. The Professional Services Consultant role is a full-time exempt position that can be either remote or in-office depending on the candidate’s preference. Office location is in Denver, CO. This individual is responsible for helping integrate customers’ current imaging software systems into Ambra’s. You will be considering the customer’s and Ambra’s current API to develop technical solutions that allow both systems to interact with one another and consulting with the customer frequently as you navigate through that process to ensure effective usability. Once trained on the Ambra Health software, you will be assigned to deployment teams and have ownership of client projects. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibilities that requires professionalism and creativity. Domestic travel opportunities are common during non-COVID times.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage medium and large deployments with newly onboarded customers
  • Establish build requirements for customers and develop their appropriate documentation
  • Design and configure Ambra with our varied customizable API systems to meet the workflow needs of the customer
  • Work with the customer as they test the system for usability
  • Act as support for pre-sales technical processes, including but not limited to gateway installs, technical requirements reviews, and Statement of Work creation
  • Customize Ambra using the varied Ambra-provided workflow solutions to customer-specific workflows
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests with the Product Management team including defining specific customer needs
  • Perform application QA activities upon request
  • Work closely with Product Management and Software Development teams to build new features requested by customers
  • Utilize SQL language knowledge for internal reporting and customer reports upon request
  • Complete security questionnaires for prospects and customers

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of software consulting, deployment, or support experience required.
  • Heavy emphasis will be placed on problem-solving skills, personal initiative, and strong people management/relationship skills.
  • Opportunity for exposure to different areas and roles within the company as well as growth within the Professional Services team.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
